Linda Nugent is a veteran in the real estate business with over 15 years of experience selling residential and investment properties. She is a graduate of Wichita State University where she holds two degrees. Having grown up on a Kansas farm, Linda knows the value of hard work and dedication. A former teacher, Linda brings organizational and problem-solving skills to the table. Katy Winters brings a passion for financial markets bound with her broad range of experience from Corporate Accounting, Finance, and Information Technology roles. A native Wichitan, she attended Andover Schools and is a 2012 graduate of the University of Kansas where she was an All- American Scholar Athlete. Still competitive on the links as an adult, she has collected many Kansas and Central Links championship titles. One can expect that this team’s drive, determination, and quest for success will carry over to your experiences in Real Estate.
